RAFI AJL
San Francisco, CA, USA
Rafi Ajl was born and raised in the wilds of Brooklyn. After experiencing the green pastures of Amherst, Massachusetts, he escaped to San Francisco. 10 or so years later, with a little bit of there and elsewhere, here he remains. His work is driven by creating design that instigates curiosity, inquiry, and presentness in the user, and he is concerned for both massive change and small interventions into daily practice to create a more resilient and joyful world. Recently graduated from the California College of the Arts MFA Design program, he believes that progress is process, and that process is progress. At Future Farmers, Rafi works collaboratively as Gatherings with Cristina Gaitan and Maru Carrion.
