Project Name: hear me listen
Using a phone to listen to pre-recorded stories by telling your own.

Audience:
The user will enter the space to find a telephone in one corner and speakers in the other. As the viewer gets within a few feet of the phone a sensor will be triggered. If the listner answers the ringing phone they will hear part of a previously recorded story. At that point the listner will be asked to add their own story to hear the rest of the story.

User Experience:
Picking up a ringing phone, the listener will hear part of the story left by a previous user. The listener will then be able to add to the story as they are recorded by the phone.

Tech specs :
Audio input/output device, automatic audio recording machine, narrative playback system

Tech Challenge:
Our challenge was to have a user communicate with other users. We learned that proper planning will allow for more efficient use of time.

Social Aspect of project:
To reinstall in our culture the ability to listen to each other. Through the oral tradition, we will have people tell a story that triggers someone elses story. The end result is that two random individuals will communicate a story to each other.
