If you live in an
urban area and desire a place to relax, smell flowers,
watch birds or mingle with nature, we ask that you
respond to The Great Park Project with texts, drawings,
audio, photos, or actions. Your work will become
part of an ongoing project, exhibition, book, and
a much needed discourse about human activity within
the natural environment.
We are seeking contribtutions. Please see instructions
below to submit works.

Futurefarmers
What:
Futurefarmers presents a website during the 2004
California Biennial at the Orange County Museum.
The project is the first stepping stone towards
a book,
Surveying Open Space in Urban Areas: A Field
Guide and a workshop inviting artists,
architects, urban planners, park rangers etc. to
develop a discourse and proposals to be included
in the book. The website will continue to evolve
and serve as a resource for the project and public.

When:
Submissions are being
accepted thru February 2005. Book will be published
in April 2005, and presented at SPACES gallery in
Cleveland, OH for the
Dissent: Political Voices exhibition.
